The main floor offers a spacious greatroom with a large kitchen, dining table and living room. There is a gas fireplace and a 65" Roku TV. There is a deck with amazing mountain views and a BBQ grill. The deck is also accessable from the large master bedroom with a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. There is also a stackable laundry and a powder room available on the main floor. There is a one car garage offering extra room for your sports equipment along the side. There is off street parking in the driveway in front of the garage and more parking across the entry road in front of the pool.
Downstairs there is a generous family room with a 75" Roku TV and french doors leading to the Patio and Hot Tub. There is 2 more bedrooms on this level. The spacious queen bedroom has lots of light and shares a large bathroom the twin bedroom. The twin Bedroom has a 55" Roku TV. There is a another set of washer and dryer in the laundry area. There is also a safe in the closet available for your valuables.

CSA Vacation Rental Damage Protection is optional with every reservation. If you choose the damage insurance then you are insured against accidental damage to the property up to $3,000. Upon booking you will receive an insurance policy, which details the terms and conditions of the insurance. The cost of this insurance is $25
CANCELLATION : Travel insurance is highly recommended to offset any losses. Should Tenant wish to cancel this agreement, notice of cancellation must be in writing and mailed or e-mailed to Lodging Manager. It is Tenants responsibility to verify receipt by Lodging Manager. If cancellation is received more than sixty (60) days prior to check-in date, Lodging Manager will refund the sums paid, less a $30 cancellation fee. If the notice of cancellation is received within 30 to 59 days prior to check-in date, Lodging Manager will refund 50% of the rental rate. If the notice of cancellation is received less than 30 days prior to check-in date, Tenant will forfeit the all rent sums paid.
