Walk inside the door you will find spacious living space, with a large 50" Smart TV with Roku with satellite TV access. The living area has a rock fireplace, and French doors to a deck with mountain views. The living area is open to a kitchen with a dining table which seats 4 plus bar seating for 4. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs. There is a keurig Duo coffee maker that will make single serve but will also take ground coffee like a regular coffeemaker. The kitchen has French doors to a deck overlooking the golf course. A main floor bedroom has a king bed with an en-suite bathroom and a large Roku TV.. There is also a half bathroom in the hallway for guest convenience.

CSA Vacation Rental Damage Protection is optional with every reservation. If you choose the damage insurance then you are insured against accidental damage to the property up to $3,000. Upon booking you will receive an insurance policy, which details the terms and conditions of the insurance. The cost of this insurance is $25
CANCELLATION : Travel insurance is highly recommended to offset any losses. Should Tenant wish to cancel this agreement, notice of cancellation must be in writing and mailed or e-mailed to Lodging Manager. It is Tenants responsibility to verify receipt by Lodging Manager. If cancellation is received more than sixty (60) days prior to check-in date, Lodging Manager will refund the sums paid, less a $30 cancellation fee. If the notice of cancellation is received within 30 to 59 days prior to check-in date, Lodging Manager will refund 50% of the rental rate. If the notice of cancellation is received less than 30 days prior to check-in date, Tenant will forfeit the all rent sums paid.
