Who We Are
Basinview Lodging is a local property management company in Eden, Utah. We manage both long-term and short-term rentals for our clients. We are committed to marketing your home in the Ogden Valley and Mountain Green area. We utilize our many years of guest service knowledge and attention to detail to provide both property owners and our guests with an exceptional experience.
Our Team
Our team of experienced property managers is advised by Greg, who has been in the industry for over 20 years. Greg has extensive experience in marketing, building construction, maintenance, and repairs. Sara joined in July of 2024 and has 20+ years in the hospitality industry. The past 11 years spent at her beloved home ski resort, Powder Mountain, as the Director of the Adventure Center and Group Sales. The 9 years before were spent in North Seattle at the Hotel Nexus, learning multiple faucets of managing a hotel in several various roles, including Catering & Events Manager and Assistant General Manager. She has a deep understanding of the local market and is a top producer

*Utilities paid and operating
*Satisfactory home liability, contents, and structure insurance
*Owner’s communication with Basinview Lodging on requests for owner or owner guest use of property
*Permission for Basinview Lodging to photograph and aggressively advertise property
*Compliance with Basinview Lodging inventory and furnishing standards

New in October 2024 our software reservation system was upgraded to the newest version of LiveRez called Ignite. Improving the user experience and providing smooth integration with other helpful software.
New in November 2024 Homeowner Property Protection coverage is now mandatory on all bookings. A small $35 fee paid by the guest covers most damages caused by the guest. With up to $10,000 damage coverage, $0 deductible.
