This wonderfully situated Moose Hollow condo #407 sleeps 10 of your family or close friends. It is a great property for 4 couples who can each have their own bedroom.
The living area features new flooring, a wall of windows, a rock and timber fireplace, New smart TV with Satellite TV service. The living area also has a boot heater, futon couch and oversized chair with French doors to a large deck so you can enjoy the grand views overlooking Moose Hollow and Ogden Valley. Adjacent to the living area is a fully stocked kitchen with a bar. Note: The Main living/ kitchen area is small for a group of 10 people, if everyone is in there at the same time. The living room couch and chair sits up to 5 people, plus the bar stools at the counter seat 4 more people.
Just down the hall is a full bathroom, adjacent bedroom 1 with a queen bed, a desk and a door that leads to the Hot Tub and the common area that has a fire pit.
Downstairs there are 3 wonderfully decorated bedrooms. Bedroom 2 has two double beds a TV with a Playstation and DVD player, bedroom 3 has a queen bed and situated between the two bedrooms is a laundry area and full Bathroom. Finally down the hall is the Master Bedroom, with a king size bed, television and full bathroom.
Now let the outdoor mountain adventure begin. Ogden Valley offers many outdoor summer sports, just pick your favorite activity, boating, biking, sightseeing, mountain biking, wildlife viewing. Powder Mountain offers back country 4 x 4 Powzailla tours through unseen parts of the mountain. Gondola rides at Snowbasin offer scenic views of our wonderful valley. Shuttle your mountain bike up the mountain and enjoy the adventure down..
Beat the rush and book now for the winter season. Then come and ski the Greatest Snow on Earth! Both Snowbasin and Powder Mountain offer Shuttle services from Moose Hollow.

We had a great week in Eden. The fall colors were absolutely breathtaking and the weather was perfect. The condo worked wonderfully for us. It was clean and comfortable. We loved the log furniture and the hot tub right out the back door. We also appreciated the well outfitted kitchen (like the waffle maker). Thanks for the great vacation spot. We will definitely be back!

We've had a great experience with Greg. I initially connected with Greg in March 2020 when we needed to cancel our reservation due to the Covid-19 outbreak. While I had booked through AirBnB, Greg was very helpful and I kept his contact information to book our most recent trip this March 2022. He has been very responsive to my questions and during our stay when I contacted him about the coffee pot leaking water he brought us a new replacement that same day.

It's a 10 and a 0. A 10 because it was great and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a 4 bedroom unit. A 0 because I want to be able to book it again next Mark ;) The 4th bedroom is where the dining room is in the 3 bedroom units. You give up a dining room table if that is important, but we needed the additional bedroom. The living couch was ok comfortable, but the living room chair could definitely use a better base pad. We'll be back!!!

CANCELLATION : Travel insurance is highly recommended to offset any losses. Should Tenant wish to cancel this agreement, notice of cancellation must be in writing and mailed or e-mailed to Lodging Manager. It is Tenants responsibility to verify receipt by Lodging Manager. If cancellation is received more than sixty (60) days prior to check-in date, Lodging Manager will refund the sums paid, less a $30 cancellation fee. If the notice of cancellation is received within 30 to 59 days prior to check-in date, Lodging Manager will refund 50% of the rental rate. If the notice of cancellation is received less than 30 days prior to check-in date, Tenant will forfeit the all rent sums paid.
